Steak & Frites

I recently went in craving steak frites. Like a monk, I prayed I wasn’t served some thin rump meat with meager fries forced to drizzle with sauces to cover a lack a of flavor and body. And as if I lived a life of abstinence, my prayers were answered, and God delivered a thick and juicy NY strip steak that was tender, rich, full of character and sumptuous beyond belief. I ordered my steak medium well and the temperature and colors were magnificent.
