Obinna Emenyonu – aka Obi – is the man to thank for Urbana's stellar spirits and creative cocktails.

Born and raised in Nigeria, he moved to Washington D.C. for college and found himself bartending part-time as he worked his way through school. After helming the bar at Perry's restaurant for three years, he joined us here at Urbana back in 2009. As the chief driver of our last two cocktail rollouts, his enthusiasm for the art of mixing drinks and friendly, welcoming personality has won him fans throughout D.C. and beyond.
