Haluk Kantar, Owner and chef, comes from a long line of chef’s out of the Bolu region of Turkey. Bolu has a long tradition of providing the Chef’s to the Sultans. Haluk is well versed in a variety of Turkish cuisines. At Cazbar, he has created an eclectic menu drawing on the best from several regions of Turkey. Haluk serves many Turkish favorites with his own recipes prepared with the finest ingredients available. Cazbar’s signature dishes include such classics as the Adana and Doner Iskender and Doner Kebap as well as delicious mezes from Hummus to Ezme.
